Seraph is supposed to be built with a bruiser items, she does not need armour penetration as she has TRUE damage built into her kit, if you want to utilise her correctly you must learn when to use her Q correctly.

To counter other assassins with Seraph, you must learn to avoid things like Countess's ulti with Q and how to dive and burst them with your active crest item.

The Ortus crest item is one of her strongest, from the moment you get it, you should be able to start snowballing with it, activating it with your ULTI will usually result with a added stack to your power. EVERY KILL/ASSIST WHILE ORTUS IS ACTIVE Will result in +3 permanent power. it's stacks will show the exact amount of power gain you have.

This build is a stepping stone to help you with Jungle / Offlane, but it will not allow you to accel if you cannot play the role efficiently

Assassin build: swap one armour and anti-heal for these.
Anti tank: start with this or replace it endgame (preferable)
