Stormbreaker just wasn't doing it for me, so I thought to go Dust Devil first item since it gives movement speed, 12% bonus attack speed, and 25 power (go check in practice it just isn't in the item description). This item helps hit max Relentless stacks faster, gives her a slight chance to fight a gank or run from it, and synergizes well with her Ult movement speed.
Basilisk 5th is a flex item that helps shred frontline more, but you don't have to build it. I just like the passive, haste and 350 health (might give you just enough health to survive burst before Kingsbane can help a bit).
