Standard midlane build. The order and items vary. I pretty much always go megacosm first. Next item depends on enemy team if I’m facing like a howitzer who is poking a ton or team is really cc heavy I’ll go spellbreaker. But in most games tainted and caustica are items 2 and 3 decided based on their team which one you want first. Combustion and wraithleggings I’ll used spot 1 and 2 if I am facing a melee mid. 4th and 5th item pretty much always the same for me some time I’ll get timewarp first but not often.
