Infinite scaling damage Sevarog build. End game will net you with around 4.8k health. With Rainment of Renewal and the Magical Lifesteal from Lifebinder, your tankiness will only be questioned by players with %health items built.

Lifebinder rush feels pretty ideal for damage Sev build. The passive it provides will give you Ability Haste that is scaling with your Reaper of Souls passive. I have attempted to go Orb of Growth to replace Dreambinder, but the initial DPS loss does not feel great early game. Dreambinder is interchangable with Flux Matrix/Elafrost, depending on which damage type is affecting your ability to stay alive. Rainment can also be interchangable with one of those two, but the raw health lost along with the sustain from the passive feels questionable.

Obelisk may not be for you, but the damage it provides at 15+ stacks is ferocious. Do not worry about trying to get stacks on enemy heroes, instead use it in conjunction with Oathkeeper. Landing a root, siphon, obelisk and oathkeeper will delete a carry. Also a great tool for securing objectives.
