Infernum will be your secondary and last power spike, it will help with tick dmg but also make you vulnerable. At this stage you will have your crest, ult, blink and RMB. You may not win all 1v1 fights without relying on ult.

Third item I like to start with tainted guard or Legacy, Legacy if you're facing Kwang, otherwise Tainted against most heroes with any level of life steal and should help team against junglers like Khai/Rampage.

Like most builds, 4/5 are very situational depending on enemy composition, you'll likely want a balance between magical/physical/health to give you sustain in fights.
