Predecessor Builds > Shinbi > Shinbi jungle/offlane build

clean cut shinbi build with early mana regen, if you want you can switch the order around to build megacosm second and castica first if your offlane, i would reccomend a different build for offlane tho. you can build legging for some pen or dreambinder for cc reduction while still retaining good power and the added bonus of sticking to targets better.
