This is a pure destruction build.. with 2 hours of testing various items this is by Far the Strongest with making sure you survive as well..

Basilisk is just great as you reduce their physical armor and deal 4% target missing health as dmg so its always increasing damage.
Terminus ( gives shield with overheal) you will gain shield the moment you attack.
Dust Devil 2% attack speed which stacks 6 times and then givers more movement..
Deathstalker Pure SHred and gain 70% attack speed ) No slowing down...
Imperator Crit strikes do 20% more dmg
