Predecessor Builds > Shinbi > Shinbae Offlane

Build the minion-stacking part of Azure first. Then build the lifesteal part of Lifebinder. Then Megacosm and Combustion. As you build minion stacks finish Azure. Only finish lifebinder before Megacosm and Combustion if you're struggling to stay alive in Offlane. Which you shouldn't be. Because you're Shinbae.

Late game once you've bullied the other offlaner off the map, sell Megacosm (if they don't have tanks) or Lifebinder (if you're crushing them) for Oblivion Crown.
