With these Items you should be able to survive the first couple hits aswell as dish out imense Damage. You can even get frisky with Epoch, surviving deadly attacks.
Or you can be a strategist with Time-Flux Band.
There are some alternatives depending on what you are fighting. Just switch out Dreambinder, depending on your needs.
-Tainted Scepter for anti heal
-Spellbreaker for anti burst - or anti Howitzer Rocket
-Timewarp If you are feeling slow with your spells
