Oathkeeper (as long as you are weaving in an auto attack after using an ability, provides HP and 60 flat dmg and ability haste. Tainted Scepter lets you deal TRUE DMG and provide your team some nice antiheal. Those 3 items are your CORE build. anything else is up to you, but Crown and Cuastica are both solid as well
