Predecessor Builds > Kwang > Kwang *without* Fire Blossom

I know Kwang with Fireblossom is the best way to play him, but its so boring - if I wanted to play a tanky caster I'd be playing Sevarog...
So this is my attempt at making him a fun magical bruiser - mix and match between meta and this, but its a lot more fun than just standing there - easiest switch is typhoon for tempest, but again just have fun turning into a tornado.
