The best gideon build for OTP out of low elo
Time Flux for big burst as it does provide pen and resets your abilities. Good for killing fed carrys.
Timewarp is still solid but the megacosm nerf affects it due to ability haste and mega not providing as much damage. Tainted if you need to apply anti heal, can be build 2nd and ignore wraith leggings. Can add wraith leggings 4th if no tanks.
