Notes
Well its pretty simple with the new ttk changes Steel takes a while to die in lane. Using LEAFSONG with a competent Adc you can dominate your lane by speeding at them. Hit them with an ability DYNAMO will peel armors and Adc finishes them. Grabbing MARSHALL next gives you and the Adc attack speed and extra hit unless its Revenant than he gets no attack speed. Third item I flex depending on ad and ap. ELAFROST is such a great item syncing with MARSHALL using your increased sped up autos its more practical to get those slows and roots off. That's pretty much the whole build :)
