Keep Alchemist Rod untill you have all the other Items and Upgrade it last or if you dont need Magi-Pen second to last.
Harrass with Meteor and RMB. The Main-Mechanik to know as Gideon: Use your E to Port into the Sky above the Enemy Team and Cast your Ult (R) while in the Air.
It makes it harder for the Enemy-Team to Notice your Ult and its hard to Hit you with Close-AA.
That is Why: In Teamfights try to be the 3rd (or later) to the Fight. Open with your Sky-Ult and try to get as many Enemys in it as you can. The Ultys Pull is highly disorienting and with the Magi-Pen you have, you do alot of DMG. After the Ult, look for the Soft Targets (Mid, ADC, Support) and Slow them with your RMB and follow up with your Meteor (Q)
