This build capitalizes on the multi-shot and On-Hit mechanics triggering on item effects. What I learned from testing each projectile from multi-shot can trigger the lightning zaps which also apply on-hit effects. The build is very anti-tank with true damage, shred and wave clear. The extra pen also makes you a tower destroyer in addition to doubling your attack speed. If you feel you are being counter built the situational items help give your crits an extra umph to offset that. The core of the build comes from the first 3 items. The last 2 items are your flex slots you don't want to double stack the corrode trait from your items so take either or I would recommend pairing the Viper with Imperator since they will be amping up your crits, I have hit 800 crits with this build. Malady also adds some extra basic attack damage and true damage and does surprising damage in team fights. Give it a try and see what works for you.
