This build goes insane late-game in team fights and 1v1s against most characters. You are very squishy though so be careful when fighting in 2v3 etc. I tend to have the most success saving my "ascend" for when I need a second to think or get away because fights will be QUICK. You either kill them insanely fast or will have to find a way out.

As for tonic; "Strength" obviously.
I haven't had a game where I've been able to replace storm breaker with one of the suggested but that's what I think will likely work the best. You could probably even do Imperator if you don't feel you need that much attack speed.
