Notes

This build is focused around team fighting and durability. If you don't play with your team, you will miss out on a lot of value from this build. The core items for this build are actually the armor pieces and you should choose two magical power items in slots 2 and 3 for your situation as needed. My default recommendation is oathkeeper and worldbreaker. Substitute items should focus on health and haste as secondary stats. The Flux Matrix and Dynamo order can be built in any order depending on your matchup and needs. These two items provide a lot of team synergy, durability, and a surprising boost to Kwang's own damage output and why they are considered core to this build.

Reasoning for the build items so you can make substitution choices:
1. Fireblossom - Passive magical damage, durability, and wave clear. Bonus damage on knockup.
2. Oathkeeper - Synergizes well with Kwang's kit (on hit passive), gives health and haste.
3. World Breaker - Scales magical power with health and gives tenacity and health. Synergizes well with the kit (Magical damage boosts subsequent magical damage. Kwang can proc this with abilities and his passive.)
4. Flux Matrix - 10% magical damage amp helps Kwang's damage, but also your team's when engaged. Magical armor and health add to survivability. Adds haste.
5. Dynamo - 10% damage amp on knockup helps Kwang's damage, but also the team's. Physical armor, health, mana, and haste make this a great item.

Crest Choice:
Tempest is a great crest for Kwang based on the passive stats and the active. If you feel like swapping it, I would consider Saphir's Mantle since it synergizes with the items (health boosting/scaling). Other crests may also work well on him, but I haven't felt the need to test them yet.

Proccing Items:
The tether alone will not proc Dynamo, but a knockup with the E will. You want to try to use this effect, especially when near allies, to get bonus damage on your target. A typical Kwang engagement will start with judgment/Q. This will put one proc on world breaker. Then a dash/E in will proc world breaker, dynamo, and fire blossom's bonus damage. A basic attack in here will proc oathkeeper and if not at max stacks already, world breaker. Use RMB here to get your shield for when they return fire and then basic for another oathkeeper proc. After a dash in you should be looking at a 20% damage boost just from dynamo and flux matrix, and then anything you get from world breaker as well. Your team will also be getting the boosts from Flux Matrix and Dynamo resulting in face melting damage.

In short:
Q -> E -> Basic -> RMB -> Basic.

Other Kwangbos are fine as well.
