you gonna go mana hungry but dont worry when you start builing time warp the first two items should fix that and the ring is over kill

E for fast clears and push weaves and then steal green buff with ease

the bow I like for omnivamp + book you should be fine and multilator is over kill

key item is oathkeep make sure you skill and later melee for each one you will win any 1vs 1 and later 1 vs 3 with full build
