Predecessor Builds > Gadget > The NEW environmentally friendly electric oven

TLDR for anyone who knows my last build, just swap cosm with timewarp, gg ez.

SOOOO with the current meta and latest patch turning Megacosm into a niche anti tank item (which is worst against tanks now lol) we need a new starting item, and Timewarp fills that gap very nicely; Decent mana regen, haste, 90 magic power, a nice passive, and a non awkward build path.

My current build path is typically: Timewarp, Tainted stick, Caustica, finish Tainted Sceptre, Wraith Leggings, Oblivion crown.

This is only because healing is still heavily prevalent in matches and there's normally at least one person to build anti heal for, and Gadget does a great job of spreading anti heal through drone and ult.

If there is no need for anti heal, you can go wraith leggings 2nd, and still dip into tainted 4th or just go cosm, although cosm lost a lot of value. You can also take dream or life binder for some more slows or sustain, or golems if you feel the need to have some armour.

I only see Megacosm getting use now if they have beefy frontliners, like Steel, Sev, Riktor, Rampage. And only if they are building health, in which case, it would replace Wraith leggings in this build.

Skill order I will go drone, hat, gate for 1st 3 levels, then focus hat for poke, drone, and then gate last.

So, you won't be cooking quite as well as you would have been previous patch, but this build keeps Gadget strong after losing her main core item to, imo, poor balancing choices (Megacosm needed addressing but the way it was handled was wrong imo).
