This is an attack speed-based build for Serath. You should eat through anyone on the enemy team with ease.

If the enemy team is AD heavy, running Citadel and Stonewall makes you almost unkillable.
If you are dominating the other team, then dropping Citadel and grabbing Basilisk instead, or any other AD item you'd like, works as an alternative.

You don't have to open with Serath's Q or E. They are both much more useful as defensive abilities, an escape over the wall, or a gap-closer when the enemy has run away. I tend to use my Pacifier as my opening gap-closer instead. If the enemy happens to blink during your Q, then you will stick to them. I like to save this for when I see the enemy has fully turned away from me.
Your RMB resets your auto attack so the best time to RMB is immediately after your auto attack lands. This will give you another auto attack immediately after. Keep in mind that once you are near full build, and your attack speed has been increased drastically, you no longer benefit from this.
