- Must have items:
Megacosm (1st slot)
Caustica (3rd/4th slot)
Oblivion Crown (5th slot)

- Fey flex items:
Scepter, Timewarp, Wraith Leggings, Astral catalyst
- Scepter and Timewarp are the most reliable, you can swap their places as you prefer
- Wraith leggings allow you to run down if snowballing or give you some speed to kite around
- Astral catalyst is an ult spam you can abuse if enemy have no cleanse
