- Countess flex items:
Amir, Wraith Leggings, Tainted Scepter
Swap any of the three according to your needs, for example:
- Amir 1st if against a pressure pick like Howi or Belica
- Tainted Scepter if antihealing needed
- Wraith Leggings if you can get away or you're snowballing
