Sparrow is an on-hit adc, thus her build focuses on items that help increase her on-hit dmg
First 4 items are kinda the standard build, for the last item you could choose among:
- Kingsbane (healing/sustain)
- Dust Devild (speed for chasing/kiting)
- Imperator (crit dmg)
- Viper (if you're facing a lot of tanks)

You could also start Lighting Hawk + Tainted Rounds if you're confident in running down a lane, but you lose a lot of wave pressure
