If your team and yourself is way up ahead against the enemy team in level, like your two levels ahead, get tectonic mallet first. But usually get The Perforator.
For your build order, try to max out and get your hamstring ability first. If you don't have that option, then your dash. You should upgrade your hamstring two times before buying your shield. Your shield is probably the least important and is last to upgrade and max out. If you have the chance to upgrade your ult do so.
