Best build based on my tests and what I feel that Phase needs for each stage of the game. All Ranged/Enchanter Supports will be building 3 DMG/Supportive Items, and 3 Defensive Items at some point throughout the game. Swap items around based on the game or personal preference.
Be mindful of your positioning if you opt for a squishier build than what I've suggested.
