Notes
Soul bearer slotted rather than wraith leggings, to give movement speed and shield to help reposition, or can be used offensively for added life steal.
Last two items can be swapped around, depending on how mana starved you're feeling and if you are being given the blue buff from jungler.
Tainted Sceptre can be slotted in if you are against a heavy life steal comp (Rampage, Countess, Khaimera, Grux, Carry with lifesteal items)
Wraith Leggings can be slotted IF you're being run down a lot or you find yourself roaming/chasing, but generally not the case on Iggy. Have defensive turrets set up and dreambinder should see you back to tower.
Anti-Heal (slot in 4th and Lifebinder 5th)
Slot in 2nd or 3rd slot, drop Caustica (similar to Windu's build)
If you're finding you're being ganked a lot, drop Caustica, slot 3rd
