Predecessor Builds > TwinBlast > Twinspell [Magic TB Build][Updated to Ver. 1.13.0]

This is a Magic Power Twinblast build focusing on how his Vaporize ability interacts with on hit items like Oathkeeper, Obelisk and Magnify, this has been revised to take into account the new items that will be available next patch as it seems that Magic Power Carries will be a possibility now.

Crests:

Obelisk: TB can easily stack Obelisk due to his Vaporize ability activating it with Oathkeeper, usually enough to kill any of the minions affected by the damage.
Typhoon: With Magnify's change, it is not a bad idea to take Typhoon as it will allow you to proc it much faster.

First Item

Magnify: Every 2 auto attacks, TB will have his ability empowered by 104 Magic Damage  (+ 20% on Vaporize) this is significantly better than Oathkeeper as a first item as it allows him to have other methods to attack outside procing Oathkeeper.

Second Item

Spirit of Amir: A new item has appeared that can replace Caustica for mana management this one provide one of the most bloated passives I have ever seen in this game, giving you Lifesteal Increased Power by % and % Based Mana Regen essentially replacing Oblivion Crown and Caustica in some way.

Third Item

Prophecy: This item is to provide some damage to your auto attacks, so you don't only rely on abilities for damage it also has a stacking effect on Oathkeeper and Magnify, increasing its damage further. (65 Magic Damage added to Vaporize)

Fourth Item

Oathkeeper: Just like Magnify, this item can be proced by Vaporize, meaning it can provide a large burst of damage each time when chained together. (240 Magic Damage added to Vaporize)

Flex Items

Caustica: 40% Magic Pen.
Oblivion Crown: Spike Damage and % Increase in Magic Power
Tainted Scepter: Tainted and Burst Damage
Megacosm: % Burn
Lifebinder: Haste and Healing
Demolisher: You are doing 700 on Q.

Skill Progression:
Q > RMB > E > R

Notes:

Even though it does 3k damage, his ult is worthless even with Demolisher last.
