This build has 70 Cooldown (+Timewarp passive) and 4,000 HP with a large amount of healing sustain and armor. Sanctuary item will grant an 800+ HP shield to allies. This build is meant to dive in and let you become basically unkillable spamming your CC abilities and having a perpetual amount of shield from your passive and healing from void helm regen and lifesteal.
