Khaimera's long sustain feels like the only counter to characters like Mourn and Sevarog in the offlane. This build is a damage/sustain/chain kill build that, once past lvl 3 allows you to take long sustained trades with Mourn while being able to cleanse abilities like his mesmerize instantly.
