vs dominating lifestealers/omnivampers go Tainted Blade instead of Syonic Echo = more HP, anti heal, overall more solid build
vs Magic bois switch Syonic Echo with Void Helm

Consider Tainted Guard vs self healing carries and Tainted Bastion vs self healing cheeky mid laners as an alternative substitute for Syonic Echo (instead of Tainted Blade)
