Balance build for people who like to fight a little more with her, good mana amount and health with DreamBinder, the lifesteal helps keep her in the fight.
The build has good damaged and pen to be a very scary mage at mid-game and late game, kill first the carry and mage in team fights and you'll be good.
Your ability haste is amazing in this build.
