Start Firestone, build tainted item or Rapture as first full item, complete Fire Blossom, itemize survivability and damage balance. You should change the build to offer what you need more of. If you are getting kited too much, build anti kite items. If the enemy has tainted items, don't expect healing from your ult or items and play accordingly. Don't forget that Greystone damage ramps passively, has a built in slow on his 'E', and is stupid hard to kill and does a lot of damage without doing an ADC build.

Remember that dead heroes deal 0 damage and you can get kited to oblivion. If you need a lower cooldown on his jump, you can take an extra point early but it will cost damage.
