Predecessor Builds > Serath > 68% WR

I made this build on the way to Diamond, the missing piece was Basilisk after Nightfall then you got Shields for diving, Damage for 1v1s and Spectra just makes it all feel wayyy better.
It's the core of the build the first 3, whatever you need after that is subjective to the variables displayed ingame.
Not every game is the same, and sometimes I buy Spectra Nightfall Mutilator to up my Vamp instead of Basilisk for damage, don't get me wrong that Basi is very very good the 450HP is slept on!
