This build is mainly designed to maximize your shielding/healing while having the lowest cooldown on CONSECRATED GROUND and your ALACRITY abilities.
STRATEGY
once you have 2-3 items focus on keeping the best gamer on your team alive :)
REMEMBER
With this build you will be spamming shields about every 6 seconds on both your CONSECRATED GROUND (495 per shield) and every 5 seconds on your ALACRITY (208 per shield). All while you constantly heal per EVERY CAST of abilities.
You will become the target quickly once they realize NO ONE can die as long as you are there. That's why the last two items are there to provide ability power scaling and protection.
