Notes
ADC build for Drongo.
Focuses on Crit 1st, then Attack Speed.
Drongo's kit greatly synergizes with crit chance, allowing you to proc his passive with his basics.
Keep in mind, while his passive damage can scale with ability damage, it does not count as ability hits.
What this means is that items like Infernum and The Perforator are not as useful on him as you might think.
However, his passives procs still count as individual damage ticks, making items like Viper or Basilisk very potent coup de grâce.
