First item Lightning Hawk is better than Vanq first as of 1.2. The extra attack speed helps you win poke fights against other ADCs.

Into heal-heavy comps (Zinx/Narb supp, Khai/Crunch jg) go tainted 2nd. It tilts boxing matches in your favor as you can out-sustain the enemy ADC.

Go Vanq 2nd/3rd - by then your Rad Rounds should be max level and Vanq will help finish off those you can irradiate before they run away.

General tips:

  1. Use Q just as a fight starts to keep Sparrow/Countess/Kwang ults out of play
  2. Save your E for when your team lands a big CC chain
  3. Use Q to poke and to catch up to enemies when they run away
  4. Ult can be used as movement tech - use it to hop ledges like the blue side 3 camp to create space between you and an enemy.

How to win as Drongo:

  1. Poke with boomerang, follow up with rad rounds to weaken.
  2. Back off, heal up, clear wave.
  3. Keep the pressure up and hope your supp brought a lot of CC
  4. Rad rounds on the towers to clear them faster
  5. Clear your t1 early and always rotate to fang to help your jg

How to lose as Drongo:

  1. Get camped by enemy jungler and watch as your offlane still loses lane
