Feel free to go Vanq as a first option if you please. I personally find the attack speed and increased damage more valuable overall early game. You can also get rid of Vanq if you would prefer more utility or attack speed from other items. I would still aim for 100 percent crit. If you need anti heal I would slot in tainted rounds over nuclear rounds or vanq.
