I start elafrost to help with kwangs early mana economy. Item order can be flexed dependant on who you are facing. But if you can follow elaforst with Fist and then build into magnify, you basically don't lose to anyone 1v1 so long as you hit your tethers. If you play it right, can even 1v2 jungle ganks with magnify and tempest healing. Unbroken will is good against the CC meta, but can be flexed for flux matrix for more damage or possiby tainted bastion. I personally max dash after rmb because generally tether and dash are always used one after another.
