Notes
60% tenacity should help deal with the abundant cc out and about. Reclamation is more for your team when they are hit by it. Almost 30/70 between magic and physical armor, should be a decent catchall build for different team comps.
Some might argue that mana regen crest is a waste and go for a guardian crest instead. Not sure yet myself.
