This build is for grux to be able to fight in the current tank meta without losing out on his dps potential and sustain.
First 4 items are core of the build. Balisk for pen to fight other tanks. Bonesaw for main damage which will increase over time with mantle stacks.
Fist for extra sustain and cooldown. Having your ult up for a lot of engagement is key to excelling fights.
Draco to reduce Anti heal

It's highly recommended to get at least one tenacity item have you cc less. For this build
