Attack Speed Build Overview
Typhoon (Crest):
This crest provides attack speed, critical chance, and damage, making it ideal for an attack speed-based Belica. It also offers a great active ability to amplify her critical strikes further. With this crest, you’ll be able to scale well into the mid-to-late game and shred enemy health bars with sustained DPS while still utilizing her kit for utility and control. In new update, it got increased magical power scaling by 1%, so it's going to show up better in this build.
Core Items:
Storm Breaker:
A key component for this build, Storm Breaker provides both attack speed and bonus on-hit magic damage. This synergizes perfectly with Belica's abilities and basic attacks, allowing her to dish out consistent magic damage over time while quickly applying her basic attacks in fights.
Prophecy:
Prophecy is crucial for increasing critical chance and attack speed while adding an empowered auto-attack every few seconds. This will make Belica’s autos feel even more threatening, allowing her to poke and trade effectively. The bonus magic damage ties well with her passive, enhancing her overall burst potential while still focusing on attack speed.
Lightning Hawk:
A strong item that offers high critical strike chance and attack speed. It also adds a movement speed component which can help Belica reposition during fights and stay safe while dishing out damage. The scaling with magic damage makes this item synergize well with her abilities. In v1.1 it got a slight rework but is not stopping it in not letting enemy's escape. Or if that doesn't work...WE GOT A NEW CHALENGER!
Solaris:
Solaris is a new item that provides a mix of offensive and defensive benefits to the player. It enhances both physical and energy damage, making it versatile for different hero types. Additionally, Solaris grants bonus health and mana, which can be crucial for survivability and sustained combat effectiveness. Its unique passive effect provides a shield when health drops below a certain threshold, offering extra protection during critical moments in battles. It provides everything necessary in this build making it an amazing pick.
Caustica:
This item is excellent for shredding enemies with high resistances. It provides penetration and deals additional magic damage on hit, enabling Belica to be effective even against tanks or enemies building magic resistance. It's particularly valuable in the mid-to-late game when enemy carries and tanks begin to scale in durability.
Gameplay Tips for Belica's Attack Speed Build
1. Early Game:
Start by focusing on last-hitting minions and poking the enemy with basic attacks and abilities. Use her abilities like Void Bomb and Seismic Assault to harass, but be mindful of your mana. The attack speed build won’t come online early, so play safe, focusing on farming until you complete at least Storm Breaker or Prophecy.
2. Mid-Game Power Spike:
Once you complete Storm Breaker and Prophecy, your attack speed will start to shine. Pair this with Typhoon's active ability, which boosts your critical strikes, and you’ll be able to dish out substantial sustained DPS in team fights. Your strategy should revolve around weaving in your basic attacks between ability usage, making sure to continuously apply pressure with high attack speed and crits.
3. Combo and Poke:
Even with an attack speed build, you can still make great use of Belica's abilities. For instance:
Seismic Assault (Q): Use it to disrupt or engage enemies, stunning them and then immediately following up with basic attacks.
Void Bomb (E): After stunning, throw the bomb to burst them down before finishing with rapid autos.
Neural Disruptor (R): This ultimate ability still works wonders for dealing with enemies who rely on mana, making them an easier target for your auto-attacks afterward.
4. Positioning & Mobility:
Lightning Hawk provides movement speed on basic attack hits, which allows you to kite effectively and reposition during team fights. Always keep your distance, leveraging Belica’s attack range to deal damage safely while being ready to land a clutch stun or burst combo when needed.
5. Late Game Dominance:
With all four core items, your autos will deal tremendous critical strike damage combined with consistent magic damage from Storm Breaker and Caustica. You’ll be able to melt through squishies while still being relevant against tanks. Prioritize targeting the enemy carries, but be cautious of diving too deep. With Prophecy and Typhoon, your damage output will be staggering in extended engagements.
6. Managing Mana:
Although you’ll be auto-attacking more, Belica's mana-based abilities still play a huge role in your effectiveness. Always keep an eye on your mana pool, using your Void Drone (RMB) to drain mana from enemies, making them more susceptible to your ult and attacks.

Also, NEVER and I mean never, max out 3 abilities at the same time. Her passive boosts damage in ability that is maxed out, keep that in mind.
