All 3 momentum procs go off at the same time. With attack speed behind it, and extra crit from plasma blade stacks, this build absolutely melts, and you’ll have no issue team wiping with Sparrow. You can flex the items in whatever order you want after Sky. But I tend to build in this order. Good luck, have fun!
