You can also opt for more damage with Demolisher instead of Perforator, but your Ult will have a cooldown of 53 instead of 45 due to the lost ability-haste that Perforator has.

There are 2 Options: Ortus or Witchstalker
You want to get Witchstalker whenever you are playing against a hard cc comp that has something like a riktor or sevarog. Ortus is good against a muriel support for example, that has no cc. If u get Ortus then go with the build as described above. If you get Witchstalker then you can change out Mutilator for something else, because we already have lifesteal on Witchstalker.

Replacements for Mutilator
1. Tainted Blade: with the passive enemies you damage will take 10% more Damage + anti-heal
2. Vanquisher: nice finisher
3. Ashbringer: allows you to kite melee heroes better, and damage output rises because you are able to spam your basic abilities more!
