1st item Fireblossom against phys. damage, Flux Matrix against magical damage
2nd prophecy; you could also buy Cerulean Stone, the mana regen component of Elafrost to deal with mana problems. Against tanky foes, megacosm can be an option too (doesnt give mana regen, but gives mana so it also helps a lot with mana problems)
3rd prophecy if you dont have it alr: by now you should have typhoon, so you want to have prophecy too. otherwise a tank item depending on the circumstances - for more armor, fireblossom or elafrost, for mr flux, cuirass or unbroken. Unbroken against cc - aurora, dekker, steel. Furthermore works very well against champions with burst coupled to cc (fey, countess).
