Notes
Play smart in the beginning. Look for opportunities to trade. Dont clear minions fast and stay near the tower. Work on getting last hits. Once you get that first item you tend to be pretty safe just watch for ganks. Once you get your second item with your ultimate you can play risky as you are super tanky and can most likely escape with abilities and Teleport if you have it. By item #3 you can survive 2v1 situations long enough to flag for help to arrive. Super fun and chances are in a long game you can mitigate more damage than you actually take!
