• Balanced Damage Resistance

• Lower mana Pool, compensated by a buffed up Mana Regen Note: Do not ability dump in engagements the purpose of this build is for those who strategically play Riktor as evasive as possible, hence the title

• Bonus movement speed to riktor when out of combat on top of his passive shield also being buffed up 10%

Early game focus is hallowed braid and polar treads are vital as soon as possible.
