Kwang is a Burst damage Brawler who focuses on building for Magic damage and Health.

In the early game, focus on using Light of the Heavens to deal area damage to minions and enemy heroes.
I recommend going with Surge of the Heavens for your second ability as it will give you a get away if you begin to fall behind. Though there are certain matchups where this does not matter.
Once we have all three abilities (Lvl 3) we now have our full kit to start dealing some serious damage. Lead with Judgement (best case scenario hitting a wave of minions and an enemy hero) and follow up by Surging into your blade. This will not only deal a large chunk of damage but also launch your target into the air giving you time to close the gap and start swinging with your now empowered blade.
Once you do this be sure to wait at least 1.5sec before using Light of the Heavens as this is the time it takes for your 4th Item (Oathkeeper) to cool down, empowering your next basic attack.
