This is a build i like to run for muriel when i know i have a confident ADC that likes to be aggresive the objective of the build is to maximize shielding/atack speed, i recommend saving tranquility for your ultimate, the skill selection order is here done as a safe start building up to an agressive mid-late game it is of most improtance that you keep an eye on map and try to get as many assist as possible mid game to finish the build.
the final stats for atack speed on alacrity are 94.5%-83.4% and 99% with marshall
shield totals go 1488 1386 on ultimate depending if u have or not spellshield 654 to 597 on the Dome and 355 to 326 on alacrity 1391 600 327 with marshall
damage 128-114 in passive 159-137 in prophesy 664-595 on the missile 439-394 on the dome and 644-575 on the ultimate with spellshield-without (plasma blade giving a totla 207% atack speed 40% crit chance and 84 atack dmg)
damage 115 in passive 138 in prophesy 599 on the missile 396 on the dome and 579 on the ultimate with marshal
