Pretty self explanatory. Once you have the first 3 items you'll be able to use your basic pretty fast and regain abilities that much faster. So spam your bombs and seismic assaults.
You don't have to finish Azure core completely for your first item, you just need to get to Alchemical Rod so that you can start getting more mana and eventually stack it onto your MP
