This build has a primary focus - Immobilization with damage taken ( by target ) Amplification.
In essence, you want to achieve 35% amplified damage taken when ever you focus a target.
Your skill order is prioritizing your Q [Shock Therapy] as this will be your fastest cool down ability to clear minions as consistently possible and do the most burst damage as your window ganking with riktor can be short if you don't have/land your hook.
I Cant stress this enough, but do not engage fights with your hook. Your strategy is simple: [E] > [Q] > [R] > [RMB] ~ Electrocute [To proc Oath keeper and world breaker] > Shock Therapy [To prevent a blink/CC or force a cleanse] > Skewer [To proc Dynamo] > Riplash [For an over-powered amplified hook that should do a significant chunk of damage to target]
if your target hasn't blinked away and is trying to escape you should have all 4 stacks of Cyclone from Typhoon use the leap to close the gap and your [E] to run them down.
